Returning Preorders Before They Ship
You can crequest a 100% refund on any preorder prior to receiving your shipping notification. Just contact us us with a screenshot of your order confirmation and we'll take care of the rest.
Returning Defective Product
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange a replacement to be sent free of charge. We'll ask you to provide a photo of the issue and have a replacement in the mail within 15 days of receiving your photo.
Returning Orders After They Have Shipped
You can return product within 15 days of receiving it as long as it is in good condition. (Good condition means items may have been removed from shrink wrap, but don't have any damage or signs of wear and tear.)
You will receive a 100% refund but will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. The refund will be initiated within 15 days of your return parcel being received.
Please contact us us with a screenshot of your order confirmation and we will provide shipping instructions for your region.
Returning Digital Product
We do not currently provide returns on digital products, but if you have any trouble accessing your files, just contact us and we're happy to help troubleshoot.
